^{If you are unable to serve as scheduled, please make every effort to find your own replacement! The telephone list of all Cross and Crown servers is attached to this schedule. Call people who are scheduled to serve in the same capacity as you. For example: if you are scheduled as an Acolyte for an 11:00 service, call someone who is also scheduled as an Acolyte for an 11:00 service.}

^{If you know in advance that you will not be able to serve on a particular week or for a special service, (i.e., Lent, Easter, Christmas, and VACATION), PLEASE let the church office know so that we may take that into consideration when setting up the schedule.}
